1 Platform Overview

LancerBay is a global freelance marketplace connecting clients with professional service providers. Our platform supports digital services including graphic design, web development, content writing, digital marketing, video editing, SEO, app development, and much more.

By accessing or using LancerBay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

LancerBay is open to clients and providers worldwide.

2 User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register on LancerBay.
You may register as a Client (to hire) or a Provider (to offer services).
One person may hold one Client account and one Provider account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Accounts found to be fraudulent or fake will be permanently banned.

3 Fees & Payments

Our fee structure is simple and transparent:

Client / Buyer	FREE	No registration, browsing, or ordering fees for clients
Provider / Seller	5% per order	Platform commission deducted from each completed order
Payment Processing	No Extra	JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer — no extra charges

Example: If a provider earns ₨10,000, LancerBay deducts ₨500 (5%), and the provider receives ₨9,500.

All payments must be processed through the platform. Direct payments outside LancerBay are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4 Orders & Delivery

Clients must provide all necessary requirements when placing an order.
Providers must deliver work within the agreed deadline.
Providers have the right to request revisions if requirements are unclear.
Once an order is marked as delivered, clients have 3 days to review and accept or request revision.
If no action is taken within 3 days of delivery, the order is auto-completed.
Providers must not request payment outside the platform.

5 Refund Policy

LancerBay offers refunds in the following circumstances:

Provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeline.
Delivered work is significantly different from what was agreed.
Provider is unresponsive for more than 5 days after an order is placed.
Order was cancelled before any work was started.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).

Completed orders that have been accepted by the client are not eligible for refund.

6 Dispute Resolution

If a client or provider has an issue that cannot be resolved between themselves, they may raise a dispute through LancerBay. Our admin team will review and make a final decision.

Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the issue occurring.
Both parties will be notified and given a chance to present their case.
Admin will review evidence and make a decision within 48 hours.
Possible outcomes: Refund to client, Payment to provider, or Partial refund.
Admin's decision is final and binding on both parties.

LancerBay acts as a neutral mediator — we do not take sides.

7 Withdrawal Policy

Provider earnings are subject to a payment hold period before becoming available for withdrawal:

🏅 Level 2	7 days after completion	₨500
👑 Top Rated	2 days after completion	₨500

Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₨500. Funds must be earned through completed orders.

8 Code of Conduct

All users must:

Treat all platform members with respect and professionalism.
Not share personal contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email) through the platform chat.
Not attempt to conduct transactions outside of LancerBay.
Not submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
Not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
Not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content.
Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

Sharing contact info to bypass platform fees will result in immediate account suspension.

9 Provider Level System

LancerBay rewards consistent and high-quality providers with level upgrades:

🏅 Level 2	20+ completed orders	Higher visibility in search
👑 Top Rated	40+ orders + 4.5★ rating	2-day payment hold, Top Rated badge

Levels are automatically updated based on completed orders and ratings.

10 Account Termination

LancerBay reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

Violate these Terms & Conditions.
Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
Attempt to circumvent platform fees.
Receive repeated complaints from other users.
Are found to be impersonating others.

Banned accounts forfeit any pending balances. LancerBay will provide notice before suspension unless the violation is severe.
